Chocolate Bars

We've created a line of chocolate bars that pay homage to Iranian cuisine. Our bars are all 70% dark chocolate, made from scratch in small batches using ethically sourced cacao beans. This "bean to bar" method preserves the unique taste of the beans. Combined with Persian spices, dried fruits, and nuts, these decadent bars will satisfy your chcolate cravings in a delicious new way. Our Flavors

CARDAMOM FRUIT & NUT An ode to the fragrant fruit and nut mixes of Iran, this dark chocolate bar is infused with cardamom and studded with Persian green raisins, pomegranate seeds, and pistachios.

POMEGRANATE & WALNUT The magical combination of pomegranates and walnuts, found throughout Iranian cuisine, nestled in dark chocolate with tart cherries and a dash of cinnamon and sea salt.

CRISPY RICE WITH SAFFRON Crispy, salty bottom-of-the-pot tahdig rice in a bar! Made with toasty puffed rice seasoned with organic, US-grown saffron.

TURMERIC & ORANGE Turmeric, an essential ingredient in Persian cooking well known for its healing properties, is combined with sweet candied orange peel in this dark chocolate bar that’s redolent of a Persian garden. 

HAZELNUT & COFFEE Toasted hazelnuts and organic Peruvian Café Femenino Coffee meet in this dark, nutty bar with hints of vanilla and turbinado sugar. Like a visit to a qahveh-khaneh, one of Iran's inviting coffee houses.
