About Our Bars
We've created a line of chocolate bars that pay homage to Iranian cuisine. They are handcrafted in Nashville, TN at local chocolate maker Poppy & Peep using our favorite ingredients like US-grown organic saffron, pistachios, cardamom, and pomegranate seeds. For a stunning and flavorful gift, pair them with our Cardamom Coffee or Spiced Teas.
Our Flavors
COFFEE & TAHINI
Dark chocolate, Soom brand premium tahini (ardeh in Persian), and organic Café Femenino coffee come together in this smooth, creamy bar.
CARDAMOM FRUIT & NUT
An ode to the fragrant fruit and nut mixes of Iran, this dark chocolate bar is infused with cardamom and studded with Persian green raisins, pomegranate seeds, and pistachios.
SAFFRON WHITE CHOCOLATE
A chocolate-y take on classic bastani, Persian saffron ice cream made with pistachios, rose petals, edible gold, sea salt, and organic, US-grown saffron.
POMEGRANATE & WALNUT
The magical combination of pomegranates and walnuts, found throughout Iranian cuisine, nestled in dark chocolate with tart cherries and a dash of cinnamon.
CRISPY RICE WITH SAFFRON
Crispy bottom-of-the-pot tahdig rice in a bar. Puffed rice and potato chips in dark chocolate, topped with organic, US-grown saffron salt.
CHICKPEA COOKIE
These dark chocolate bars are brimming with crunchy bits of our cardamom-scented chickpea flour cookies, nan-e nokhodchi in Persian, and topped with pistachios and sea salt.
TURMERIC & PEACH
Turmeric, an essential ingredient in Persian cooking well known for its healing properties, nestles with organic dried peaches in this creamy dark chocolate bar that’s redolent of a Persian garden.
