Rock sugar or nabat is part of the ritual of drinking Persian tea. Pretty and jewel-like, it can be dissolved in the tea, or held between the teeth to sweeten every sip. Our nabat is handmade in Nashville using real, high quality saffron threads, cardamom, and cinnamon. The quality of the nabat shines through in its exceptional golden color and delicate taste. This item is made fresh exclusively for us and is in limited quantity. Because it is handmade, there will be inconsistencies and little imperfections.
