Cyrus Saffron is a family business run by Darush Amiri, an Iranian immigrant and third-generation saffron farmer, and his wife Nicole Beretha, who comes from a family of cherry farmers. Saffron is the most iconic flavor in Persian food, used in everything from rice to ice cream to kabob marinade, and using good quality saffron gives Persian recipes an authentic taste.
