Dried Lime Powder

The intense citrus essence of dried limes is an iconic component of the Persian flavor profile. Like regular limes, they're bitter and sweet at the same time, but have a far more intense flavor because they combine the taste of both the juice and the rind. Our dried limes are freshly ground so they are deeply fragrant and flavorful. Dried limes are used to season soups and stews. You can also make a delicious "limeade" by steeping the lime powder in hot water and straining it.
