Chickpea Flour Cookies Nokhodchi

These are tiny, melt in your mouth cookies flavored with cardamom and a hint of rose water, and they're meant to be enjoyed with tea or coffee. These are traditional Iranian cookies called nokhodchi, which means chickpea in Farsi, because they're made from chickpea flour. The cookies are gluten and dairy free, and vegan. Because they are so small, they are sold 2-dozen or 4-dozen at a time.
